By using our platform, you acknowledge that we do not control, influence, or guarantee exchange listing outcomes. We do not provide financial advice, and no communication from Listed should be construed as such.

2. Application and Verification

Users represent and warrant that all information provided during the application process is accurate, complete, and truthful. Listed reserves the right to reject any application that fails to meet our due diligence standards or those of our exchange partners.

3. Settlement and Fees

Listed does not hold, custody, or manage user funds. Payment for listing packages is settled directly with the respective exchange. Any facilitation fees owed to Listed are billed separately and do not constitute a guarantee of listing.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Listed and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of the platform.
