1. Information We Collect

We collect information that you provide directly to us during the application and KYC/KYB process. This may include corporate entity details, personal identification documents, smart contract architecture, and communication records.

Token Site analytics

Published Token Sites use first-party, privacy-conscious analytics to give the project owner aggregate traffic reports. We collect page views, approximate visits and unique visitors, referral category and referring hostname, device class, coarse country, and structured interactions such as calls to action, chart switches, Passport links, and Fomo handoffs. Preview, signed-in owner, recognized bot, and public traffic are classified separately.

Token Site analytics do not store analytics cookies, wallet addresses, raw IP addresses, full user-agent strings, full referring URLs, query strings, or identifiers that follow a visitor across different Token Sites. Approximate visitor and visit counts use site-scoped cryptographic fingerprints derived in memory from truncated network and broad browser/device signals; the source signals are discarded rather than written to analytics storage.

2. Use of Information

We use the information we collect primarily to facilitate due diligence and verification on behalf of our exchange partners. We may also use it to communicate with you about your application status.

3. Data Retention and Destruction

As part of our commitment to your security, sensitive legal and identity documents stored in our Secure Vault are automatically destroyed 90 days after your listing process concludes. You may request earlier deletion where permitted by applicable compliance laws.

Raw Token Site analytics events are retained for no more than 90 days. Owner exports contain aggregate dates, categories, and counts rather than request-level network or browser identifiers. Because the system deliberately avoids invasive identity, unique-visitor figures are approximate.

4. Token Site domains

Every Token Site receives a permanent Listed-hosted URL. Custom-domain onboarding is currently disabled pending provider approval and a production-like security and compatibility proof. If enabled in the future, Listed would retain the requested hostname, project and ownership binding, provider references, DNS and certificate state, drift and removal status, and immutable lifecycle evidence. Domain-provider credentials are never exposed to project owners or stored in analytics.

5. Legal Disclosures

Listed is a listing facilitation platform, not an exchange, broker-dealer, investment advisor, or escrow agent. Listing decisions are made solely by the exchanges. We may share your information with these exchange partners strictly for the purpose of application review.
